Tasteful, Quiet and Clean

The village location is very charming and pleasant. Room with terrace was simply, yet tastefully furnished. Nice, large bathroom. There is a local coffee bar with a good variety of italian breakfast options at 2min walking distance.

Amazing

The room was amazing and the owner was very helpful. When me and my girlfriend lost the bus he offered to take us on his car. The breakfast was delicious and the room is amazing. Unfortunetly I was there for only one night, but we're sure to be back!

The hotel is located in central picturesque area of Montegiardino. With possibility to park near the hotel or at the square nearby. The room is very spacious, comfortable, nicely renovated and clean. There is an option to have breakfast, which will be served directly at your room. We loved our stay so much that we prolonged for one more night. The man at the reception (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very helpful and gave us very good tips about parking in San Marino, beach in Rimini and many other good advices. Thank you very much! You made our stay even more pleasant :)

Cool place off the beaten track .

This place was a bit challenging to find . We figured it out though . The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was awesome ( jacuzzi tub!!) . We spent all day in the town of San Marino and was happy to be on the outskirts a bit . Still a quick drive to the castle though . We had a 2 room suite that was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again

Terrible Experience

My friend and I booked a room on the 21.10.2018 with the hotel five weeks before we were due to stay. We were aware at the time of booking that check-in time was listed up until 8pm and that we were making a non-refundable booking. However as we were unsure whether we would make the cut-off, we sent a request asking if we could be accommodated after this time. We received an email back from a well known booking site on behalf of the hotel stating the below:
“What you requested can't be arranged ahead of time but Modà Antica Dimora said they'll do their best to accommodate you upon arrival.”
As we heard nothing further we assumed that the late check-in would possible. However we received a message from the hotel a day before we were due to stay stating that they were not going to accommodate our request.
We had to seek other accommodation a day before arrival and paid far more than we would have paid if we had been notified within an adequate amount of time. Due to this late notice we requested that the hotel refund the full amount of the booking as the reason we were given for the late notice was that the manager had not checked his emails
The refund would not have been an issue if we had of been given adequate notice.
