Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport (HLP) is the overflow airport for Soekarno-Hatta Airport. It handles the needs of over 5.6 million passengers annually. Most of these passengers are on scheduled domestic flights. HLP is also used for private, presidential, and military flight needs. HLP is a permanent hub for Citilink, Batik Air, My Indo Airlines, Pelita Air Service, and Susi Air.

Soekarno-Hatta Airport (CGK) is the main airport of Jakarta. Located 20 km north of central Jakarta, CGK handles the needs of almost 59 million passengers annually. GGK is a hub for Batik Air, Cardig Air, Citilink, Garuda Indonesia, Indonesia AirAsia, Lion Air, Nam Air, and Sriwijaya Air.

Soekarno-Hatta is a large airport with three terminals and several sub-terminals that can be accessed via shuttles if you prefer not to walk. T1 is used primarily for domestic flights and T3 is still being completed. Free WIFI is available for all visitors. Children’s play areas, prayer rooms, and spa and salon services in T1 can help the time go faster. CGK also has a golf course, a smoking garden in Terminal 1A, and reading corners in waiting rooms in Terminal 2D, 2E and 2F.
