5-star modern luxury hotel

Stayed at studio suite room for 3 nights. Our stay included club lounge access, Lake Salon, located on the 6th floor. The staff in the lounge made our stay more special! I was offered private check-in and check-out at Lake Salon which was very efficient and I also enjoyed evening cocktail hours. The selection of their bar had 4 different types of Vietnamese gins (Lafy Trieu) which I could choose from. Lady Trieu spice gin based Tom collins cocktail by lovely staff Casey was perfectly ballanced and Hennessy made a really good Old Fashioned cocktail for me. Naomi was also very friendly and attentive. There were also a few drawbacks during my stay, Layered breakfast restaurant became overwhemlingly busy in the morning of the last day of my stay, it was packed with group tourists who were not the best mannered so I felt like I was having breakfast in a busy nightmarket.

There is an infinity pool at the level 23. Which has a bar next to it .I stopped over for 1 night before heading back, to my surprise the detail of the hotel is so amazing from the concierge , lift lobby and even to the space planning off room space..
the room I stayed in had 2 cubicles, a bowl and a shower separated.
It even has a balcony attached to the room..it is a wonderful experience for me, I will definitely come back to explore more when I have the time again to stop over Ha Noi.

Excellent!!!!

I had an amazing time here the staff here are friendly and the service here is impecable!! It is a bit far from the old quarter (30min drive) but closer to the airport for anyone needing a quick night. The room and twin bed size was very comfortable and allowed a restful night for me and my friend!

5 star hotel experience

We had such an amazing stay at L7 Westlake Hanoi by Lotte! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, everyone greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. One of the best parts is that it’s conveniently attached to the Lotte Mall, which made everything super accessible.
We had breakfast at Layered, which was delicious, and also spent time at the Lake Salon lounge, Zack was especially friendly and accommodating there! Truly a 5-star experience in every way.
