So thankful for this place and so glad I stayed here

I was astounded by the quality of customer service at this hotel. The beds are nice, there is a nice patio to go outside and it was close to the hospital where I needed to go visit a loved one. I was unfamiliar with Fargo and the desk clerks were SO extremely helpful I will be forever grateful. It was clean and nice and they had excellent house keeping services. Thank you for a great stay during a turbulent time.

While I rated everything excellent, I had to rate the overall experience as poor.
The smokers “lounge” is literally just outside the main enterance of the hotel. This area is sheltered from the sun, and I get why people would want to smoke there.
With no wind, this semi enclosed area would be smoke filled, and absolutely disgusting.
I’m not sure what’s more disgusting, the fact that smoking is allowed in this area, or the fact that there are self indulged, entitled, ignorant people on this planet that think it’s ok to subject the non smokers to this garbage.
Want cancer? Go for it, but don’t increase my risk.
This was such a turnoff that we will likely not stay here again.
To be clear, the building is fantastic. The staff were absolutely top notch. Everything was awesome except the smoking.
Country suites, you can do better.

I was surprised this one a 3 star - should have been 2..
Our bathroom had quite a bit of hair in it and the hot tub was closed down. Bed was great and comfy!

The room smelled bad the whole time and it was hard to keep the temp the same on both sides of the room we got. The money we paid was definitely not worth what we got and if i would have known better i would have choose somewhere else. Plus my whole family got sick staying there as well. Pretty sure it was because of the room not being cleaned or disinfectant adequately.

This hotel has been renovated and is quite nice. The bathtub drains well, however, toilet a little sluggish when flushing. Breakfast was good and was in a good location for my business. Didn't use the pool or fitness room.
