Janelle was the best

I have to say Janelle that works the front Desk was by far 1 of the best! We needed extra blanket and pillows and she got them for us right away. She treated us like family.Hotel is Newer and bed was comfortable. Loved that they had French Vanilla Creamer for my coffee. I have to say I would stay here again just because of the way we were treated by Janelle.

Great experience and will be back!

Me and my boyfriend spent the weekend at Springhill. We had planned to go out on Saturday but ended staying in bed all day! The bed was one of the comfiest beds we have slept in throughout our traveling experiences.
Also, Janell checked me in and she was very sweet! She wished me a happy birthday when she found out that was what I was there for. Overall, best experience! Will definitely be back!

The best place to host a hotel block!

We hosted our wedding hotel block at this location, and truly, management and the team made the process as seamless and easy as possible for us.
At every step of the process, they were ready with answers and updates. Below are a few of the compliments we heard over and over again following the weekend.
- The welcome bags we made were ready and waiting in their rooms upon arrival.
- All of their rooms were near each other which made it easy to spend time with one another and coordinate travel to and from wedding events.
- Staff was extremely welcoming and responsive. Guests had a few questions throughout the weekend and they were all appropriately addressed and answered in a timely manner.
- The food was hot and well-prepared each morning.
- The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy.

Relax

The best bed in Austin, feels like your sleeping in your own bed. The rooms are large with fridge and microwave. The staff is very polite and helpful. Location is perfect with nearby shopping areas and great breakfast! Come by and see Janell.
