Assigned Joy as the guest support and she was great and prompt in all the responses, accommodating to my requests. Staff are all very friendly and helpful as well.
Went for the complimentary meditation session - very interesting.
Don’t have robots to deliver food due to food safety, but can drop off at the lockers (suggest to tag the office building infront as riders find it hard to locate the building). For parcels, no issues in sending to the room.
Room was great but just slight note - shower room door is not sealed totally at the sides, and shower head naturally slant towards the side of the wall, which is quite a design flaw.

早就种草阿丽拉上海，这次陪老公出差终于来拔草了！虽说时间关系只住了一晚，但我和老公都一致地爱上了这里。管家Cameron早早的就联系了我们，安排好了一切，有求必应，服务超级周到！房间设施齐全，干净整洁，窗外能看见三件套，面积超大特别温馨舒服，是我喜欢的设计风格！早餐特别丰盛，楼下还有好吃的威海500，菜肴超级美味！暑假还会再来！

四季酒店华丽转身变为阿丽拉上海，改造的十分成功，氛围营造的特别好。从喧嚣繁华的都市转个弯进入一条长长的廊道，通过几扇低调隐秘的大门，方得窥见酒店真容。心情也随着这样的递进沉静下来，仿佛来到世外桃源，度假的心态就，稳了。
购买的豪华套房套餐，包含了早餐、下午茶、水疗和锣道工坊，非常完整的体验。前台主动升级成经典套房，房型一样但楼层更高，视野很好。
早餐、水疗、入夜仪式等等众所周知的优点以外，细节也都十分用心：房内的水都是环保包装，摒弃塑料；拖鞋很柔软厚实，忍不住打包带走；走廊和房内悬挂的画作都很有趣味，符合酒店气质；开夜床还送了蒸汽眼罩、助眠喷雾和耳塞，并奉上菊花茶包。以及secret roof的下午茶物超所值，眼前的景观居然是张园改造的工地现场，单看搭积木一般的移动加固老房子就叹为观止。
最后提一些微不足道的建议：洗手间配的玻璃瓶装水，虽然样子优美也环保，但是开启真的很难，对美甲不友好。
这里的服务人员都会对客人说“欢迎回来”，确实，下次还会回来住住的。感谢房间的管家Cameron，送我们至房间并自豪地介绍了酒店的设施，临别还赠送了酒店的香囊和精油。所有的体验都非常好，谢谢。

环境绝佳，给我安排很高的楼层，可以看到很好看的景色，设施一流，智能马桶用着超顺手；早餐惊艳，现做的小笼包和饺子很好吃！特别感谢礼宾Serena，入住贴心确认需求，临走还送了手写卡和小香囊，细节服务真心到位！
