酒店位于解放碑步行街旁边，步行只需要五分钟，大堂在69楼，办理入住之后转而有单独的客梯回房间。房间内部面积很宽敞，双床的大小有1.4m，是很不错的。清洁各个方面也很仔细干净。这里要表演酒店只要接到客人的要求都会主动外卖服务，且特别要表扬前台Yuki主管的热情大方，激励为客人提供良好的入住体验，能仔细聆听我的需求，安排了很不错的房间入住，很满意。

23年第一次来重庆就住这里，今年带父母来果断再次选择。酒店就在解放碑，去哪里都非常方便，房间的景色太绝了，两江交汇尽收眼底。第一天下午到的，行政酒廊简单吃一点，晚饭也不用吃了。早餐也很丰富，管家Cathy非常热情，也很周到，已经推荐给同事

设施：设施都挺新的！洗手间做到了完全干湿分离，特别方便！房间也很大❤️

看了很久选择的这家酒店，环境优雅 大堂的景色看出去能看到很明显的两江交汇分界线 夜景无敌，前厅部的Maggie非常热情专业 在前台快速的为我办理了入住，后期一直和客人保持联系 推荐周边美食和旅游 为我们规划 很贴心，房间的安排很好 中间出了一些小插曲，Maggie及时替我们解决好了 不管是服务还是环境还是地理位置 都很不错，推荐

一直在洲际和丽思瑞凯悦之间纠结，最终还是选择了丽思瑞凯悦，主要是地理位置太好了，出门就是解放碑步行街，离地铁步行五分钟，吃的喝的应有尽有。还没入住管家wendy 就提前和我联系，按我的需求给我配置好楼层并升级了房间，真是太有心了。这里要给酒店的工作人员点赞👍，无论是前台还是安保或经理或者保洁，每一位员工只要看到住店客人都能热情的打招呼，给人感觉很舒心。房间也很满意，干净整洁面积也很大，夜景很漂亮能看到红崖洞和千厮门大桥。以后来重庆还会选择这个酒店。
