Very nice establishment with friendly smiling staff available

Very nice hotel location with a nice bright view but with a truck, even small, difficult to park properly
The hotel is very well appointed reception the breakfast area a very nice chic room with a beautiful bathroom the decoration is really beautiful
our short stay did not allow us to fully enjoy but we will renew

Never again.

Arrogant attitude of the hotel nav complaints. Misunderstanding between hotel and benefit outings so we had no room.dirty dusty room, dirty carpet mold in bathroom, very dirty mattress.photos available
2x called 2x emailed. . Not a single response. No white wine while hotel was full.

A great hotel in a perfect location. The bathroom offers no privacy, should replace to full doors for guests comfort.

Dirty Towels, Breakfast Closed and Security Issue

Unfortunately despite being part of the Radisson Group, this is hotel is far beyond their minimum standard. The Towels were filthy, the amenities were hold and rusty and most important we had serious problems at check-in, to the point that my same room was assigned to the person beyond me at check-in and he just walked into my room in the middle of the night after we both arrived. As a woman I felf very unsafe and I had a terrible night for this

A terrible experience which I will need to report to Radisson. Only to list a few things, the room was dirty and the towels and other amenities stained unusable. After check in the staff gave the same room to another guest and as a woman I felf very unsafe to have someone Walking in my room at 11pm. Breakfast despite should be available until 1030am was closed at 9am with no warning. All in all despicable to be a Radisson and it has been filmed or photographed
