Not bad, but nuanced.

Pros:
Downtown, all places were reached on foot, it's better than standing in terrible traffic.
-Towels were changed every day, cleaning
- Polite pleasant staff
- Nice breakfasts, offer to make you black coffee
-There is an arrangement with the cafe, you can order food in your room until 10:00 p.m.
Cons:
-Already a beat-up room, but generally nice enough.
-If you live on the 1st floor, it will be a passing yard from the start of breakfast: people walk past the room either going down to breakfast (room on the 1st floor) or going up to themselves
Perhaps living on the 2nd floor is more comfortable
If you come to breakfast late, it's likely the food will be cold by now.
-Should have been 1 double bed, ended up moving 2 single beds, the bed joint is not very comfortable
- Toilet paper, gel and shampoo were not replenished, but were issued upon request
The hotel itself is small, located in the courtyards.
If you're willing to put up with the downside, the hotel is great. Not bad for your money.

I recommend

The staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were great! I highly recommend this hotel. If I visit Yerevan again, I will definitely stay here.
The only issue was that the bathroom didn’t have any plastic slippers — we had to buy our own. I suggest the hotel consider providing them, but in the meantime, bring your own if you need them.

Holidays in the hotel left the best memories, I advise anyone who loves silence and low-rise hotels where few rooms and comforts

Great.

Excellent inexpensive hotel ,were with a girl from 25-29 September ,everything liked .Staff friendly ,always reply ,prompt ,help .Cleaning every day in the room ,breakfast is delicious ,also a woman at your request will prepare you fresh Armenian coffee .An even bigger plus that you can leave things at the reception for free ,if you leave late at night ,and checkout at 12 days .The center (Opera for example ) is close ,about 8-10 minutes on foot and you there .Also near the hotel there are shops cafes etc. In the SAS store near the hotel you can change money .

My home in Yerevan

I've been staying at this hotel for two summer.The reception and kitchen staff are extremely polite.The hotel center has good breakfast. In the colder seasons, room rates are more affordable when there are fewer tourists.If I go back to Erevan, I will stay in the same hotel again.
