Air Asia Cheap Flights, Flight Deals and Airline Tickets

Welcome to AirAsia, Malaysia’s largest airline and one of the primary low budget carriers on the continent. With over 120 domestic and international destinations, AirAsia is an affordable way to discover cultural hubs across the globe.

Established in 1993 as a minor carrier, the airline now operates a large fleet of Airbus jets out of the hub in Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The narrow body Airbus A320 services short to medium haul routes, while the wide body Airbus A330 travels longer international routes.

In 2016, AirAsia received a punctuality rating of 73.50%, with 26.5% of flights delayed or cancelled. This places the airline in comparable standing with other low budget carriers in the region.

In addition to a commitment to affordable travel, AirAsia is dedicated to promoting global philanthropic efforts. The AirAsia foundation is a division of the AirAsia group that promotes humanitarian and environmental efforts in six different countries. Grant recipients have gone on to create programs for animal welfare, education, and renewable energy.
