Airfares from Prince George to Toronto tend to be less expensive on Wednesday or Thursday. Flights are available daily, but the lower priced tickets sell quickly. Airlines That Fly from Prince George to Toronto
Both Air Canada and West Jet offer air service from Prince George Airport (YXS) to Toronto-Pearson International (YYZ). Airfare prices and routes are similar. Air Canada usually connects with Air Canada Express and West Jet to West Jet Encore. No non-stop flights are offered, but the most direct routes make one stop in Vancouver (YVR) or Edmonton (YEG). What to Expect When Arriving in Toronto
Domestic Canadian flights usually arrive at the "D" Gates in Terminal 1. The Terminal Link Train connects the two terminals and also takes you to the parking facilities and the onsite Sheraton Gateway Hotel. Catch the UP Express train or public bus service to downtown Toronto. Head to baggage claim if you'd rather rent a car. Taxis and various shuttle services are found outside baggage claim.

All passengers may use the Plaza Premium Lounge near the security screening location on level 3 at Terminal 1. Toronto-Pearson International has art exhibits throughout the airport, some of them permanent. Local artists are sometimes featured in the changing exhibition sections. Cafes, specialty shops, restaurants and boutiques are found in Terminal 1, both inside and outside the security screening area. Pearson has nearly 40 ATMs, so it's easy to find one. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the facility.
What to See and Do in Toronto
The first stop for many in Toronto is the Royal Ontario Museum. Learn about Canada's human history and about the country's prehistoric past. The dinosaur fossil exhibits are world renowned. Daredevils might want to try the EdgeWalk Experience, a thrill walk near the top of the 553-metre CN Tower. Walk around the outside of the building on a glass walkway, tethered of course.
