Great overnight stay

I always stay here when flying through Miami. It is clean, the desk staff is always super helpful and nice, and it is next to a great restaurant. As a solo female, I feel safe.

Awful Customer Service

What a nightmare! The customer service at this hotel is horrible. I had an issue with parking at the hotel; got a violation on my rental car after parking in a spot for 15 minutes to unload and check in (with assurance from front desk that it would not be an issue). Several weeks later I got a notice of a $140 charge from the rental car company for a parking violation. Ever since, I’ve been trying to get in touch with hotel management to help me resolve this costly error but have had zero response to phone calls,— they do not answer the phone, ever— emails, or online inquiries. Even with the help of corporate guest relations, I could not get through to the hotel. It is incredible and frustrating how unresponsive they are. I can’t figure it out.

Be not deceived!

I would not recommend this hotel. It is NOT the same as the Sonesta ( which right next door in a gated area!) I had a roach running in my room upon arrival. The hallways smell musty like mildew.

Don't get the cruise shuttle service ... after reminding/confirming with front desk 3 times ... the shuttle never showed. Paid for a service I never received. Breakfast is expensive .. $21/person

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is an additional charge for the use of the rooftop outdoor pool and sun terrace. Sun loungers are available at an additional charge and are subject to availability. Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, the hotel will send a message to you in order to request a copy within 24 hours of the credit card used for the booking and a copy of the ID of the credit card’s owner with the same name used for the booking. If this is not received within 24 hours, your booking will be canceled. For any other booking, the credit card used for the booking will be requested upon arrival with an ID card under the same name as the credit card and the booking. Full payment is required upon arrival. The restaurant is closed until August 29, 2025.
