A bowlers weekend!!!!

Everything was great! The room was delightful! The breakfast has a great overall selection. (Maybe add boiled eggs as an optional choice). Personally, I like to see some pillow updates. We had a tub draining issue, I reported it and they offered a room change. We didn’t take it. They put it on the list for the plumber! I 100% recommend this location!!!

Hi 284margieg,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that your stay was a great one overall, and we truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback.
It’s wonderful to know that you found the room delightful and enjoyed the breakfast selection. We always aim to provide a variety of options to start your day off right. Your suggestion to include boiled eggs is an excellent one, and I’ll be sure to pass that along to our breakfast team for consideration in our upcoming menu planning.
We also appreciate your comment about the pillows and will keep that in mind as we continue to assess room comfort and guest preferences. Ensuring a restful night’s sleep is one of our top priorities, and input like yours is incredibly valuable.
Regarding the tub draining issue, thank you for bringing it to our attention during your stay. While we were happy to offer a room change, we understand and respect your decision to remain in your original room. We’ve already added the issue to our maintenance list, and our plumber has been notified to ensure it’s addressed promptly.
We’re especially grateful for your 100% recommendation, it truly means a lot to us and is the best compliment we can receive. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back the next time your travels bring you to the area.

Absolutely Horrifying Experience – Theft While I Slept

I had an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. While I was asleep in my room, someone entered and stole my purse, which contained cash, credit cards, and personal items. The violation of privacy and safety was terrifying. Even worse, the hotel refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful compensation. Instead, they insultingly offered me reward points, as if that could somehow make up for the trauma, the loss of my belongings, and the complete breach of security.
When I reported the incident, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no transparency about reviewing security footage, no call to law enforcement on their part, and no urgency to resolve the situation. It felt like they just wanted to sweep it under the rug.
This hotel clearly does not prioritize guest safety, and the management lacks both accountability and empathy. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. No one should have to fear being robbed in their sleep – especially not in a place they’ve paid to feel safe.

Dear Tammi P,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, though I’m truly saddened and concerned to read about what occurred during your stay. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the distress and fear this situation caused you. Guest safety and peace of mind are among our top priorities, and it is clear that your experience fell far short of both.
We understand how traumatic it must have been to discover the loss of your belongings and to feel that your privacy had been violated. While we cannot undo what happened, we want to assure you that we take such matters with the utmost seriousness.
Upon receiving your report, our team began an internal review, including verifying door lock activity and examining available security camera footage. I apologize if our communication did not convey the level of urgency or care you deserved, we will be addressing this with our staff directly to ensure better handling of sensitive situations moving forward.
As for the offer of loyalty points, it was never our intent to minimize the seriousness of your experience. We understand that no gesture can replace what was lost or undo the emotional impact. Our team should have handled this with more empathy, clarity, and action, and for that, we deeply regret the impression we left.
If you have not already done so, we strongly encourage you to file a police report if one hasn’t been filed yet. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and are committed to assisting in any investigation that may help bring resolution to this matter.
Your feedback is being escalated to our senior management team, and we are actively reviewing our safety protocols to ensure a situation like this does not happen again.

Avoid at all costs.

Front desk was disinterested, elevators were in poor repair. Pool was closed and full of pond scum and looked like it had never been cleaned. Fitness center was smelly. Tub was full of toenail clippings and toe fungus. Air conditioning was off at arrival and barely worked. Sheets weren't even put properly on the beds and the mattresses sagged in the middle. We were supposed to be entitled to room choice as Wyndham Rewards members but they didn't even ask. Manager wasn't there until the morning but did comp our room for all the issues without question, which was the only complimentary thing it's really possible to say about the place. I will never subject my family to this place again. I've seen cleaner accommodations at homeless shelters that I've volunteered at. I'd add pictures, but you don't really want to see what we saw.

Dear crimsonfalcon07,
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. I want to begin by offering my sincere apologies for the many issues you encountered during your stay. Your experience is not at all representative of the standards we set for our property, and we deeply regret the discomfort and disappointment it caused for you and your family.
From the condition of your room to the state of our public areas such as the pool and fitness center, we clearly fell far short. Cleanliness and maintenance are foundational to guest satisfaction, and your description of the tub, linens, and air conditioning is unacceptable. We are actively investigating the situation with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to understand how such conditions were allowed and to ensure immediate corrective action is taken.
We also want to apologize for the lack of engagement at the front desk and the oversight in recognizing your Wyndham Rewards membership. Our loyalty members are incredibly important to us, and not extending basic courtesies, such as room selection, was a regrettable mistake.
While I’m glad to hear our manager was able to make things right in the morning by compensating your stay, I understand that does not erase the discomfort or frustration you experienced. Please know that your comments have prompted a full internal review and retraining in several departments to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.
Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback, while difficult to read, is incredibly important to us and will be used to make meaningful improvements.

The pool was green and closed. Breakfast was disgusting. Milk was expired for -0 days. No more available. Bagels had mold spots. The breakfast area was dirty. Gas station next store was cleaner. Lots of trash sat in hallways. Homeless people propped open doors so they could enter. When staff was notified they said ok. It kept happening.
