Comfortable and pleasant stay

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff kept everything well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. The valet parking was convenient, and the Shiny app was very useful for tipping valets and housekeeping staff.

Great hotel and staff

We arrived in Denver Springhill Suites and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. We were there for a family vacation so she wrote done places to see and things to do and gave us a map and circles those things as well. The hotel was centrally located and we walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our family of five. The breakfast was great and the rest of the hotel beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

Good for concerts

Rooms were very clean and nice, walking distance from Ball arena so perfect for concerts. Only not so great thing was the bathrooms did not have exhaust fans and the sliding door was right in front of the bed, so not very private at all. Also the AC takes a while to get cool, there's only one fan speed and it's low, so very quiet but not adjustable. If those weren't an issue it would be 5 star for sure.

We held a business meeting at the Springhill Suites recently and I worked with Sierra and she and the team made things so easy to plan and execute that we will definitely be back again. The team was very happy with both the hotel and the meeting from start to finish!
