Not 5 star. Basic for the price and centrally located

More of a four than a five star, this has small rooms and tiny bathrooms, with perfunctory self-service breakfast. Staff don't seem very evident. Centrally located. We did not spend long in the hotel as we arrived late afternoon and were out for dinner, so it's fine on that basis.

Wonderful hotel, lovely large rooms, clean and lovely staff. The spa is wonderful and the massage was excellent. Would highly recommend - amazing location!

Not at all deserves 5 stars

A 5-star who doesn't deserve it. First incomprehensible to take 5 stars a hotel in the middle of the center of Logroño adjoining terraces full of people with poor soundproofing by day or imagine at night ... we asked for room change to avoid this - initially we were told that there was no , then appeared a , much smaller than the Luxe that we had arranged but also on the first floor, same problem of lack of rest . At reception the people in charge did not know how wide the double beds were (to get out of the pass we were told that 150 cm - well no, rather larger). At the end to the third floor in a room much more discreet than the subscriber (thank you still reception boy who was very helpful and friendly). At breakfast Sr told us that orange juice was natural-- well, no, it was one of those powder facts. Bad for the
Second lie. Breakfast hours until 11.00. By 09.45, one type of bread was finished and there was no option (IN A 5 STAR) to replenish the desired one. Anyway pretty bad ; that if the room expensive - 239 € and the best the gummies desired reception .

Location was good but need better information about how to reach there. It was on don't enter area and we were going around the block for an hour to find the hotel. That zone only open to drive for the hotel guest. Sings on street mark as don't enter. Hotel staff was not answering the phone calls. We were very tired of whole night flight and drive to location.
We were asking people and directions they were giving end up in don’t enter zone.
Also parking was not free. It was not big deal but just for everyone knowledge.
Rest was all good!

Good hotel, good bed and breakfast. They didnt clean our room (we had a do not disturb sign but only until 13:30 when we left the please clean sign and they didnt). No problem with that but they said it was 15:30 and it wasnt.
