Wonderful!

I heard this place is a renovated old ryokan. You can definitely see some of that in the layout of the rooms, but the first floor has a beautiful modern-Japanese vibe, and above all, the staff were super friendly and welcoming!
We dropped off our luggage before check-in so we could visit Magome, and they were happy to help.
At check-out, they even offered a luggage delivery service, which made our trip really smooth and enjoyable.
The onigiri-making experience for breakfast was amazing.
We didn’t use it this time, but they also offer help arranging sightseeing plans and other services.
They’ve put a lot of thought into making sure international travelers have a great time. Highly recommended for visitors from abroad!

Great service. 1 min walk to station. 5min walk to LuvIt Town mall for supermarket donuts and cheap shopping! Everything was clean. Loved the Dove bath amenities.

We had a really nice stay, it met our expectations. Everything was clean and working, even though walls are thin people were good at being respectful and quiet. Only thing we were missing was plug with ground to use our adapter or USB charge in the wall. Also i found the matresses a bit hard to sleep on. The personal are english speaking and very helpful. Can highly reccomend the hike from Nakatsugawa to Nagiso through magome and tsumago. It is a nice find to the price.
Overall a memorable amd good ryokan experience.
