This place is great. The reception staff are helpful and efficient and the rooms are perfectly comfortable and convenient. I stay here often and would highly recommend.

This place does many things well. From problem free and efficient check in and out, pleasant reception staff and well appointed apartments to a good location and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend.

One of my best stays anywhere!

One of my best stays anywhere to be honest. Easy to find, underground parking with a lift straight to my floor, quick and friendly check in with tea and barista coffee in the foyer if you wish. Launderette and gym on the ground floor. Every thing sparkling clean and working. The room was long and skinny but immaculately presented - as good as new. Good bathroom, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, hotplate, sink etc.) comfortable bed, work desk and couch, good sized TV and quite a large outdoor courtyard. I could've quite comfortably stayed there a week, but was only there one night. I was worried about noise being a light sleeper, being on a tram line and next to a pub....I did not hear a single thing!
Tram stop near the front door, late-night IGA on the ground floor, Victorian Gardens shopping centre across the road, and plenty of cafes, 'cheap eats' and pubs all within walking distance.
If I'm ever back in the Richmond/Abbotsford area again, I won't even look elsewhere and will book here immediately.

Great hotel. Great location. Had everything I needed. Just didn’t like housekeeping knocking at door 2 hours before checkout asking when I am leaving
