Avoid this place like the plague
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I arrived in town late for a wedding, checked in at 11 PM, and was immediately told by the front desk lady that she had to “check if my room was clean.” Really? That’s not something I want to hear at any hour, let alone that late.
She comes back and tells me the room isn’t ready. Fine. She gives me a different one. We walk in, and it’s filthy, absolutely disgusting. Back to the desk. Now she claims she doesn't have a room for us at all. I ask her, point blank, what I'm supposed to do, and she casually says she can give me a smaller room. No apology. No explanation. No offer to refund the difference. Zero professionalism. Zero concern.
The smaller room was “clean”, or so she said, but clearly half-assed. At that point, we were exhausted, slept in the barely made bed, and got the hell out of there the next morning.
Unprofessional, unprepared, and unclean. This place shouldn’t even be operating.

Then when I asked about parking, I was told they would bring me the parking pass and slip it under my door - never happened and I had to go back to check on it. It was just sitting at the front desk.
Tried to have dinner at the restaurant - ordered a simple rigatoni dish, waited a really long time for it, and the pasta was WAY undercooked. The bartender said, "Well, I didn't cook it." and kept saying over and over, "Don't shoot the messenger." I told her that I know how a restaurant works and I wasn't doing that.
Not a great attitude from her, AWFUL pasta that was unedible to the point of I tried and had to spit it out into a napkin...and she told me they said it was served al dente.
It wasn't al dente. It was "Oh crap, we forgot to make her meal, drop the pasta in for a second and take it out."
I have no idea how this hotel has the ranking it has.
