Nice stay; not fancy but clean and comfortable
We had a nice, one-night stay here. The room (king) was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The lobby is also very nice and clean, and the staff at the front desk were pleasant, friendly, and enthusiastic. The cookies at check-in were a yummy (fresh-baked) surprise. Parking out front was easy, and we felt very safe there and felt safe leaving our car parked there overnight (although online check-in through the app said parking was $14, but we were actually charged $16). The hotel entrance is about 100 yards from the entrance to Turtle Bay and the bridge, so that was convenient. I would not recommend the attached restaurant (Mosaic). We had dinner there and really regretted it. The food was mediocre at best, and the menu is small with just plain weird stuff. Very overpriced for the offerings and quality of the food.

We had to cut our stay at the hotel by one night as I received some devastating news on the morning of 5/17. I went to the front desk to let them know we needed to check out early due to this death in the family and asked if we would be able to at least get refunded half of our Saturday night stay. Bethany was so compassionate that she allowed us a full refund on the night stay and a refund on our parking. She even called the 3rd party hotel site for me to talk to them about a refund. Another employee walked up the desk (I did not catch her name), saw how upset I was and asked if I was ok. With a concerned look on her face, she brought me a bottle of water and then got a box of tissues for me. I did not catch her name but I want to thank her too. She and Bethany made empathized with my situation and showed so much compassion. Something you don't see much of anymore. You can bet that I WILL return to the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge on my next visit there. Thank you to both Bethany and the other employee. They were amazing.

A splashing good time!
My friends and I loved our stay here! The presidential suite came with free breakfast and happy hour in the club lounge (3rd floor). Tanner kept the wine flowing, and JD kept the fresh baked cookies coming! They were delightful and friendly staff members who went above and beyond to please their guests.
We enjoyed walking across the sundial bridge and exploring Turtle Bay right next door! So many things to do within walking distance!
The pool was refreshing after an exhaustingly hot day. It would be cool if we could order food and drink to be delivered there!

Loved to lounge
Wonderful hotel! Loved the pool area and the proximity to Turtle Bay Exploration Park Zoo. You could hear the lorikeets from the room! The Presidential suite was perfect for our group, 3 showers!?! And the room level gave us access to the lounge for happy hour (wine, charcuterie, and cookies) and breakfast. Tanner and JD were the icing on the cake- they were super welcoming and always on top of the wine and freshly baked cookies.
Only miss was the lack of sodas available in the lounge, on a hot day, a 7UP really hits the spot.

Awesome staff that goes the extra mile
Always a great place to stay on a work trip. Hotel has many amenities to provide comforts after a long work day. Front desk managers/staff (Carlie, Beffany, Krystal and many others - can’t remember everyone’s names) are always helpful. Special thanks this week to manager David Tinsley who was very receptive to providing attention to detail and an exceptional level of service on Monday morning. The breakfast area ran out of items and David overheard guests talking about this. He could have walked away but instead took the time to talk with the guests and made things right with them to make up for this issue. What David did is very rare in the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry. There is always way too much to do and so little time. David’s work ethic exemplifies the value of staying at Marriott hotels.
