Check in process was fast and easy. They offer free fresh popcorn, cookies and coffee. Plus they have great breakfast

Rooms were humid. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Bathroom had some damage from a previous leak. Bathroom fan did not work.

We made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but were given a room with only one bed for the same price. My husband, our daughter, and I had to squeeze into one small bed. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful — they showed no interest in resolving the issue. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Great customer service and clean rooms

Patrick was very helpful and has been the best staff for me and my workers. Everyone tells me how nice he has been and is always making sure we receive the best service possible. If Patrick is at the front desk, you are guaranteed to receive the best customer service! Thank you Patrick!!

Great location

Great location, has recently been remodeled, has a great breakfast and pool area, lots of dining and shopping, and is not far from downtown Clearwater and Clearwater Beach, of course, lots of great things to do at both locations. Great and caring staff and management.
