Former CLT resident. Stopped by heading south to see old friends. Hotel was pricey, but well-appointed. HVAC was icy cold. Too cold infact. Good eating and shopping choices. After a long day of driving, the bed took me in and knocked me out before I knew what happened. Very comfy.

The room I had didn’t have a good air conditioning unit it so it was a little warm in my room. The lack of air also made the room have a damp smell which was not pleasant.

Customer service at the front desk, was great! They were super sweet and very kind! My only complaints were that the room was not as clean as it could be and the hallway on the second floor was extremely humid and the ice maker was very loud. AC also needed work done as it did not stay on the whole time even when the fan was turned on. Overall I would stay here again if needed.

Great place to stay in this area!

Great location for the various racing locations in the Charlotte/Concord area. Room was clean, neat and comfortable. Shower and the A/C were satisfying after a hot day at the track. I was not able to rate the breakfast, as my time to be at an appointment was early morning and breakfast was not yet available.
Many dinner choices for restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The BBQ place was my favorite.
Sufficient parking for guests, but maybe not if towing a trailer.
