We had a lovely persinalised welcome. They put rose petals in the bed with written happy birthday. It was so thoughtful. weldone

The room did not appear at all as advertised. There is a terrible smell coming from the pipes at all times. Extremely uncomfortable and low beds. Very little products in the bathroom. 2 Channels on the television. I don’t know if other Riads are similar but it was not a good experience for us, especially for the price we paid. The rooftop and the fact they have massages was the only thing we enjoyed.

Terrible this place, the horrible treatment

Good afternoon, trip to Marrakesh from December 29 to January 2 with my family and my father and his partner booked in this riad their stay which was our surprise that when we checked in they told us that there was a mandatory dinner and that for which they had to pay 150€ each, we told them that they could not force us and they told us that yes and that they did not return the money of the room, so as such to pay 300€ more for the face I asked them if wine, beer, etc... was included to which they replied that yes so to enjoy with family my partner and I also for being together we all paid another 300€ which makes a sum of 600€.
Well when dinner time came we ordered 4 beers and on top of that they wanted to charge us and of course only a glass of champagne simply after paying 600€ is crazy and a scam, besides the horrible dinner and the fatal shows we go the worst New Year's Eve of our life without a doubt.
The treatment of the girls fatal and above saying that they told us it was just a glass of champagne, all a fake
For my part if someone reads this and is smart do not stay there think they have a hotel in marbella minimal and not at all and expensive for the quality price

Not a traditional Riad but didn’t take away from how good the location was. Bed was hard which I enjoyed, but my partner did not. AC was ice cold. Room was clean and staff would change bed sheets and towels every day. Restaurant upstairs is OK and expensive - you’re better off going elsewhere. Spa was fine.
