A peaceful hidden gem in the medina

This is such a pleasant place to stay! It’s located right in the medina, yet somehow it’s so peaceful and quiet once you’re inside. We were actually the only guests during our stay, which made it feel even more relaxing and special.
There are only 5 rooms, giving it a very calm and intimate atmosphere. The owners, Pascal and Irene, were absolutely lovely. Pascal took the time to explain the best places to visit, gave us maps, and shared lots of really helpful local information which we really appreciated.
The rooftop is gorgeous, especially at night, with plenty of shaded areas to relax in during the day too. The whole riad has such a calm, relaxed vibe.
The traditional breakfast was amazing, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend staying here, and we will certainly be back again!

Lovely Riad with great hosts.

We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful Riad in a quiet location on the edge of the Medina.
Irene and Pascal [owners] made us very welcome.
Pascal met us from the taxi and led us through the winding streets to their Riad
which was decorated and furnished with a French touch.
Our suite was lovely with a very comfortable bed and chairs and sofa to relax on.
The large roof terrace was a great place to relax in the sun. Wi Fi was available every where in the Riad.
The Medina and Jemma El Fna square was about a 15 minute walk away and with the map and directions Pascal provided it made it a bit easier to find through the winding streets.
Abdu and Zakia, the staff at the Riad did a great job of looking after us, preparing breakfast and helping in any way they could. Breakfast was varied, pancakes, Yogurt ,fresh orange juice and fruit with traditional Morrocan bread. We had a very comfortable stay.

I would definitely stay here again. The hosts Irene and Pascual are excellent. They gave me a map of the town and he met me at the drop off and escorted me to the Riad. The Riad is clean and staff friendly. I give it 5 stars. The Riad is close to everything only minutes away. Thanks for everything. 🤗

We stayed for 3 nights in January in one of the romantic suites. Pascal was helpful in orienting us to the medina, and in coordinating our airport pickup and dropoff with Hassan (also friendly and with good conversational English). The room was nicely furnished, comfortable bed, and our breakfasts in the internal courtyard with birds flying about was charming. We only had contact with Irene a couple times; perhaps Pascal is more comfortable speaking English than she is. I would recommend this riad.

Riad Irene-highly recommended

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Riad Irene in November 2025 for four nights. Irene and Pascal (owners) greeted us warmly and gave us advice and support when needed. The managers were also attentive and provided a scrumptious breakfast and comfortable stay. The Riad itself (lovingly restored by Irene and Pascal) was understated, elegant and very comfortable, all for a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed the authentic experience and would highly recommend Riad Irene for a stay in the Medina in Marrakech.
