One of the most beautiful hotels I know

But what a crazy hotel!! One of the most beautiful hotels I could make. It blends in with nature. You have the pool area, the cenote area, small paths, a bar with delicious cocktails and an amazing breakfast! We did not test the restaurant because the menu did not seem suitable for our 2 teenagers...
We had the duplex apartment with the roof terrace and private pool. A wonder!!! We were having an aperitif on our rooftop to see the sunset... Just a downside: pillows too hard and very heavy!
Misael, Sergio, the bartender in the evening (I don’t know his name) and the whole team were very kind and very efficient!
If we return to Tulum, be sure we will come back!

KAN was great. The staff was all very helpful and informative. The property was well maintained and clean. One pool was closed but there were two other pools that were available. Restaurant and food were great as well!

Beautiful but…

The rooms are spacious and a fully equipped kitchen is available.
However, our experience was marred by construction (renovation / finishing touches) that generated noise during the day. Additionally, there are not enough lounge chairs (only 5) and space around the pool is limited.
The construction also generates a lot of waste stored in front of the hotel, and the road is not paved.
In terms of cleanliness, upon our arrival there were uncleaned hairs, crumbs, and crushed insects on the curtain.
The hotel is more oriented towards Instagram/yoga than suitable for vacationers.

The most unique hotel. It surrounds its own cenote and feels like you’re living inside a luxurious tree house! Highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful!

Staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend that the hotel invest in ant traps/ bait as they were everywhere in the room. The restaurant 6/10. Parking needs improvement and have more spaces for guests. The cenote was closed due to construction but im sure it wouldve been enjoyable to if it was open.
