Excellent choice.

Very good hotel on the beachfront, the people who attend very friendly and warm and attentive, has a very comfortable small pool, the best thing is that it is a few steps from the beach, white sand, beds on the beach.
The very good size room, the spacious bathroom, hot and cold water air conditioning clean bed, with fridge and a small closet.
To improve room lighting and ventilation.
The location seems good to me as it is a bit far from the bustle but close to the center, so the beach has few people.

Great experience!

Stayed one night, Nov 6 2020. Because the hotel accepted a small dog, we reserved two rooms for friends and me. Rooms have mini-fridge, nice A/C...things function as you would want. Easy access to the beach in front of the hotel. As we had a car, transportation wasn't a problem for us. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable room on the beach in Progreso!

Hotel Playa Arena

Hemos ido en mas de tres ocasiones a este hotel, vamos con nuestro nieto y además de que es el único hotel de Progreso que realmente da al mar, la atención es de primera, la limpieza es también muy buena y las instalaciones son muy cómodas.
Realmente recomiendo por mucho este hotel, donde verdaderamente te la pasas en grande en Progreso, Yucatán.

Muy buena atención y comodidad

Lo recomiendo mucho, a la orilla de la playa, es un hotel muy cómodo, limpio, la atención de las chicas de recepción y la chica de limpieza de lo mejor... Agradezco infinitamente las atenciones de la chica de limpieza y estoy seguro que volveremos pronto!

Expectativas modestamente cumplidas

En relación a la calificación de usuarios, este hotel no cumple con todo lo que ofrece en la página Web. Requeríamos de un hospedaje triple y uno doble y así fue cobrado, pero nos ubicaron en dos habitaciones con una cama king size cada una. No cuentan con medios para una tercera persona en la habitación, pues llegaron con una colchoneta y un cobertor (mencionando que no tenían más sábanas). En recepción dijeron que no eran responsables de lo que ofrecía la página.
