Certainly good value for money. Brand new mattress, made of high density foam, hence very rigid. Short walking distance to city. Centre.

Very bad

I think I've never seen a 3-star hostel style! I state one night seemed 2! We arrive entrance a little shabby different from the photos! She welcomes us a very nice girl gives us the keys register and I pay! I'll open the room and I'll get a stroke! The wall behind the headboard is made of brownish cloth with dust and cobwebs descending! Little girl with broken furniture unlined bed posts dirty to say the least! Bathroom a little shabby but okay! We decide to ask for a change of room! He asks me 15 € more without restraint already is not worth € 70 € let alone 85 € ! Anyway, because I'm tired, I said ok, just give me a better room, thanks! 3rd floor we open right room with balcony bathroom always indecent indecent furniture uprights dirty! Dirty, old carpet all over the hotel! Shared coffee machine and complimentary 2 coffee pods and a small water! Signs like not smoking with furniture burned by cigarettes! Well, we slept! At 5:00 I wake up to chaos on the road that begins to increase! We wake up and I realize the hygiene of the room dirty doors bathroom ditto! We go down to leave and greet another girl who kept telling me but this hotel has 3 stars yes the refitted summer furniture! A hotel that does not deserve 3 stars! I can confirm why the next night we stayed at 65€ a few killmeters from there in a beautiful place neatly maintained clean with nothing broken

Unacceptable service and customer care. To avoid at all costs.

Due to massive flooding in the region the hotel was not accessible and damaged during my trip. I reached out to the reception upfront to cancel my reservation but they refused though they were closed and it was literally impossible to go there !!? I even proposed to postpone my booking as a compromise, but they also refused. This hotel has no respect for their clients nor for customer laws. Avoid them at all costs, they are dishonest.

Enjoyable stay

Property is clean and located close to amenities including piazza del popolo which is worth a visit. Staff were all friendly and helpful with advice on the best places to eat out and with ordering us taxis. Some spoke English but not all. Free wifi but not a strong signal in our room. Would have liked facilities in the room to make hot drinks. For me the bed was too hard but my husband thought it was comfortable. A variety of cold breakfast choices available cereals, coissants, cakes, yoghurt, fruit, staff available to make you fresh hot drinks. Really good shower pressure. We were in Cesena for a specific event and would stay at this hotel again, although it is essentially a bed and breakfast.

A two rather than three star hotel

Ok for the money but not really of three star standard. I would liken this to a cross between a Travelodge and a mediocre tourist class hotel in the UK. Some good elements - friendly morning and breakfast bar staff, slightly dodgy, evasive evening staff. Rooms with air con but very basic bathrooms (albeit ensure bathrooms). I didn't like the fact that they kept all our passports for the entire duration of the visit as I know that in Italy you are supposed to have your ID on you at all times. Normally hotels give passports straight back after photocopying them. Tiny rooms but not worse than Travelodge sizes. Unpleasantly cold floor tiles but probably ok most of the year, just unfortunate we were there in January. Good car park and location. Some reviews rate it as 'horrible'. I would say you get pretty much what you pay for but the three star classification isn't quite right.
