Perfect hotel for a chilled holiday
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful setting and gorgeous aesthetics. The swim up rooms are definitely worth it.
It’s a super chilled, quiet hotel that’s perfect for couples.
The all inclusive package is good and includes nearly all drinks and buffet meals - the buffet though is fantastic, with a varied selection that’s freshly prepared.
We can’t wait to come back!

Loud works and lack of acknowledgment
We stayed here for just over a week at the beginning of June. We had a great time, apart from the ongoing construction works that we were not told about which did disturb our stay. We arrived shortly after the hotel had opened and staff were absolutely amazing, but towards the end of the holiday we felt the hotel was too overbooked. It was difficult to find a seat to eat/drink, the pool was packed (people were sunbathing around the swim up rooms as there was no space round the main pool) and the wait for drinks at dinner was ages. Food was amazing and the room was beautiful. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the fact there were loud building works and it felt there were too few staff for the amount of guests. We did complain about the construction but were only offered a spa voucher and à la carte meal, which is totally unacceptable as our holiday spoiled by this. If it wasn’t for this we would definitely come back as it did feel as the hospitality could be exceptional but it was disappointing for us.

As a gesture of goodwill, and in recognition of the unavailable facilities during your stay, we offered two complimentary dinners, as our specialty à la carte restaurants—which are not included in the All-Inclusive package—were not available during your visit. In addition, we offered one spa treatment appointment per person and a further dinner from our à la carte menu served in our main restaurant.
We also acknowledge your comments regarding occupancy levels and service times. As a newly opened resort, we continue to adjust our operations to ensure the high standards of service we strive to provide.

Great first impression – unfortunately, behind the facade, there is a lot of construction.
Those who book here see a dream hotel in the pictures – but the reality on-site (June 2026) was unfortunately different. The entire facility still resembles a construction site in many areas. Everywhere there was drilling and hammering, and excavators and trucks drove just a few meters past the pools. They stirred up sand on the unfinished paths, which settled on the pool area and the loungers.
The food also did not meet a 5-star standard: The selection was extremely poor, hot dishes were mostly cold or lukewarm, and there was no live cooking station at all. Desserts, such as ice cream, were gone within minutes, and our requests for refills were simply ignored by the staff. Moreover, there was a complete lack of flexibility regarding the meals – there was no response to our inquiry about a vegetarian noodle sauce. The fact that the à la carte restaurants remained closed until the second to last day was justified with a "harsh winter."
Due to the disruptions caused by the construction work and the inadequate and often cold food, we absolutely cannot recommend this hotel at this time. Very unfortunate, as the hotel does have visual potential, but the value for money is currently not right.

Best hotel I've been
**★★★★★ Outstanding Hotel Experience**
This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place is exceptional. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, while the hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very well maintained.
The food is absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety of choices every day. The menu is diverse and constantly changing, so there is always something new and delicious to try.
What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. From the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff, every interaction was warm and welcoming.
I would also like to give special recognition to the lifeguard. He is amazing—always attentive, friendly, and ready to help. He notices everything that happens around the pool and makes sure everyone feels safe and comfortable.
This is the first holiday where I didn't feel the need to go on excursions because the hotel itself was such a wonderful place to be. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly stress-free vacation.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my holiday so memorable and enjoyable. Your hard work, kindness, and dedication made this an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would love to return in the future.

Great idea and great vibe but not quite full marks
Nice location overlooking the sea and distant mountain peaks of Albania. However, to reach this five star hotel you must drive down a quarter mile of rough dirt track. It wouldn't take much to tarmac this from the main road. Also the track up and down to Roda & Achivari was rough and whilst fine for me probably wouldn't be suitable for an elderly person.
The atmosphere was great. Nice chilled music playing throughout the resort and just a great chill-out vibe.
Room was modern and well appointed with lovely decor. However, i felt that a five star hotel on all inclusive should include the drinks in the mini-bar without extra charge.
We travelled early season on a good deal so would say that it was excellent value.
The entire place was spotlessly clean. Only issue was that some of the glasses weren't dried properly and had streaks on them occasionally.
The service was almost perfect. Attentive staff who would remember your favourite drinks and come around the loungers offering drinks during the day. Whilst waiting on drinks at mealtimes there was sometimes a delay as orders would get passed from the waiter / waitress to the bar & then somebody else would bring it. Food and drinks were of very good quality for the most part although i got bored of the draught lager (it tasted quite weak). When we arrived the buffet was served in the old part of the development, and midway through our week it moved to the new part. We found the food remained hotter under the heat lamps in the old restaurant.
I would recommend renting a little car from the airport if you fancy a few days out and about as i didn't see much public transport on the island.
