Our stay at Litsa was perfect. It was a few minute walk to Old Town and 10 min ish to midtown where night life is.
The rooms were comfortable and fulfilled basic needs. You get what you paid for. The two hosts are amazing and kind to talk to.

Great disappointment

Thief and scammer, the worst hotel I've ever gone to, charges air conditioning 10€ a day while writing in the price of the air conditioner, says and for enemy taxes that he wants 4 euros and in the end he kicked us because we didn't have cash (buttons and soft said) great shame, the rooms carpets like it is a builder, I recommend it to no one

Small and noisy room with Spartan bed.

DO NOT BOOK! The rooms in the pictures look fine but you are put in a much smaller room. No 20m2 as mentioned but barely half. Bed is pile of stones with mattress of 1.20 on it. Not doable with 2 adults. Once you have complaints the Owner is a lot less friendly. Room we had booked was not available so bad luck. “Then you go somewhere else” were his words. Because we didn't want any more sleepless nights we did of course but you lost the money! Terrible accommodation.

Horrible, Frankensteins place.

Just check other reviews like Sara's on google or on trip advisor. I should have read them. Better spend your money somewhere else. Don't let these people waste your holiday. For 5 euro's more your get much better accomodation elsewhere. Unfriendly staff, location in the middle of nowhere, beds are a nightmare, rooms old and small, insects.

Terrible accommodation

In the pictures the rooms looked good including a double bed. In reality we got a room with a bed of 1.20 m. Old, dirty and much smaller than expected. When we complained, the Owner fell into victim behavior and that no one ever came to complain. Afterwards he told the travel agency that we had stayed all week while we had left after only one day. This place and Owner are a disgrace to Malia. I should have looked at the English reviews on TripAdvisor.
