Wonderful experience

We stayed at the "Ali Pasha" hotel at the end of August 2023. A hotel in which there is comfort and tranquility, even though it is located in the busiest part of the city of Iaonnina. Well arranged rooms with optimal comfort, balcony and other accompanying elements. Without a doubt, I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Bad hotel.

If I could not put any stars, I would. Bad hotel. Terrible the area with strange people circling around. Fortunately we stayed one night. There was a mess in the village from the drainage, maybe, I don't know. Their towels were so often used, worn away that we didn't even touch them. The furniture is worn. Noise insulation zero. Unacceptable behavior

Unacceptable behavior. Rude way of treating customers. I prepaid for 2 nights Jan 5-7 but unfortunately a few days before I got sick with Covid. It was impossible for me to travel and I contacted the accommodation to change the date (as there was no refund) and even to charge any price difference and they flatly refused. Stay away from this hotel! They don't respect the customer. The money was reaped without serving. Unfortunately, our tourism will not move forward with these attitudes.

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Quiet, spotlessly clean and spacious room with very nice decoration and a comfortable bed with a good mattress. The bathroom is small but fully functional. In a very convenient location as everything can be reached on foot. The general impression is positive. However, I would like to comment in good faith (because it is a really good hotel) that especially when the competition is great with dozens of similar hotels in the city, it would be good to make a difference (and even inexpensively) to offer a bottled water and not charge for it . This was in my opinion a small discrepancy

Most stop point coming/going to/from meteora

Very well located.
Easy walk to the lake front walkway.
Shortly walk to zara.
P&b
And the main streets
The reception staf was so helpful and the rooms (we had 2)
Was comfortable.
Inogninia is a great town to visit and stay for night or two.
Excellent atmosphere
