Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, especially when it came to providing information and arranging transportation. The hotel was lovely, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, my first impression of the room was disappointing. I paid more expecting a sea view, but there was no sea view from the room. The air conditioning was working well, but the room itself did not feel properly prepared. Even the shower had an issue—the shower knob was not working properly, and I had to hold it in place.
The building is beautiful and relatively new, but it needs much more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and detail. I expected better preparation and accuracy, especially for the price we paid. The staff were pleasant, but overall, the room and service did not meet the standard I expected.

Friendly, comfortable and clean

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. Veronika on main reception was particularly helpful and friendly, organising my check-in early and sorting lunch for my journey the next day (thank you). I would return here.

Great stay!

Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, yet away from the crowds. All essential amenities are nearby, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are extremely helpful and always available. Special praise goes to the manager Veronica and her wonderful team — they truly made us feel at home!

Nice hotell close to old city

We were very happy with our stay. Large nice rooms, large spacious bathroom with double sink. Walk for 5 minutes and you are in the old town. The people who work here are always cheerful and welcoming. If we travel to Split again, we will for sure use this hotel. :-)
