Car Club Stay

We had 42 people stay here on a car club tour and not one complaint. The rooms are basic and clean in a older style but this is reflected in the price. The hosts were friendly and couldn't do enough to please, we stayed two nights and had breakfast served in the restaurant each morning and one organised dinner all were acceptable and overall a very pleasant stay with Jon and Gill

Great place to stay

Lovely place to stay, lovely host, very welcoming. Very attentive and always with a smile. Lovely pool and gardens. Very peaceful and quiet. Great if you need to get away from it all. Will stay here again. Good work guys!

Two night stay

The room was clean. However the bed was uncomfortable and we only got one pillow each and they were too flat. The room was dark, mainly because the triple lamp fitting in the cathedral ceiling had only one globe in it. There was a toaster provided but no cutlery or crockery. There was no microwave in the room, but apparently there is one to share in the laundry at the far end of the building. All the lawns are dry and they also need to employ a gardener. They do have a restaurant but it was closed. If the management stopped adopting their penny-pinching attitude, this could be a really good motel.

Stepping back in time with a very comfortable room that wont break the bank account

This is a basic motel that reminded me of staying at motels with my parents when I was a kid. 70-80s decor but the room was clean and had all of the creature comforts you would expect and want for a economical country motel. We stayed here in late April for one night prior to hiring a houseboat on the Murray. We arrived at 8pm and were greeted with a smile and very helpful information by the owners. My husband and I and the two kids for very comfortable in the beds. Basic services but loved the provision of a small carton of milk for the tea. We were accommodated for parking for the car and ski-boat we were towing as the land surrounding the hotel is quite large. Great room for the price and loved the customer service!!! Thanks will stay again when we need a bed to rest.

Motorbike trip to Echuca to see the sites. Several rooms booked for our little group (older riders)

We all ate out except for breakfast. (Stayed several nights) All rooms clean & comfortable. John & his lovely wife were so polite at all times & very accomodating. It was very quiet considering we were on a main road. We all would stay there again. We didnt require it, but we were asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned.
