Great customer service and accommodations by the manager Simone White! She handled a customer concern with the upmost professionalism and understanding. Philadelphia was great as always, can’t wait to go back!

Credit card scam

On checking in, we were told that this hotel required $100 a day as a credit card charge placed to be used against any incidentals.
When we checked out, my wife told them that over $300 was placed on our credit card. We were repeatedly assured that these charges would be removed as soon as we checked out. Two days later we find that these charges were processed on our Discover card. We are still fighting with the hotel to get these charges removed.

Nice hotel!

Good hotel in the center near the reading market terminal a local market with various types of food. Comfortable room, good bed, in the room we stayed there was no microwave, only a fridge and a coffee maker. We didn't use parking but I saw there's one nearby but it's paid. The hotel has a cozy lobby with a bar and a restaurant that is integrated into the hotel. It has a small cafeteria tb.

Loews Doesn’t Disappoint

Loews Hotels never disappoint and my first visit to Loews Philadelphia was no different. Friendly staff, clean/updated rooms, amazing views from my high floor corner room, convenient location. Bonus points for the plush eagles for my kids at check in! Will definitely be back during my next visit to Philly!

Everything was fine. A few small things. They do not give you complimentary bottles of water in the room. They have $8 bottles of Fiji. Reception downstairs has a pitcher for water, but only after about 11 am or so and there are no vending machines. The outlets in the lobby at the communal tables also did not have electricity. Annoying little things for an expensive hotel.
