Poor facilities, dirty and not recommended

That you'll expect from a place that was once an alternate club (the house) and girls still go to do services here, some sleep piled high in bunk beds. By much adornment this is so and we who are from Seville know it, I would not recommend this place

Disgusting... Cover

The reservation was taken by its website, specifically "the Mayan suite". We checked at 3 pm and took a walk in Seville. When we arrived at night we set out to fill the Jacuzzi (which more than anything else we took this reservation by the Jacuzzi). And the water was almost cold... We made the amago to fill it but that was very cold. I'm heading to address and there's a guy who's a little offside and says maintenance is coming... It's 20 minutes since it came... I come back and call him back... A boy who claims to be maintenance sneaks in... And he says summarizing and implies that as his facilities being this suite, on the ground floor does not reach well the hot water while the others use their hot tubs.... And maybe in 20 minutes it will come out a little warmer but that's what there is... After waiting and nothing, I'm heading back to address... I tell this guy that nothing has been fixed and if he has another room, he tells me that all the suites are full and I tell him well a basic one that has to shower us... (because our suite has a shower phone inside the Jacuzzi but does not have in the bathroom shower plate separate) says this boy: I don't know... Maybe... I think if... Well, ask the maintenance guy at the bar. I will go and find him again and tell him that he has told me the reception desk to ask him (I was cleaning the kitchen junk when the maintenance arrived) and he says look at that from the rooms, you have to process it from the reception desk . Total I'm telling the front desk, look when your boss comes... And he tells me that at 8 o'clock the next morning. I don't want anything anymore we fall asleep and the next day there's the guy from the front desk and I tell him what happened and that I wanted to talk to his boss. He tells me that on Sundays he doesn't come... (total that I had been treated like a tennis ball the day before). His answer was but hot water comes out now (that x the morning came out a little more) and I said yes... Then you can't prove it to me, and your teammates watching the night before you didn't go. Look honestly I had to stick it in my ass. L.. Or as they say in Andalusia... Because nowadays they put you in prison even if you slap someone who abuses you and also are several and different nationalities (Arab, South Americans, East) would go wrong from there... What I mean by the nationalities simply that added to the deterioration that all the facilities have, I would say that it is a piece of cover and also are abuses because knowing that in that room that I was, the water is not going well... They have the gall to put it to the public. A real shame.

Bad experience

Very bad experience, I booked a room with my partner for the hot tub and when we went to fill it the water came out cold.
There's no one to get in, when the water in the hot tubs must come out very hot.
We complained and the only answer we had that as the room was downstairs does not reach well the hot water, as something normal, without offering us any other alternative or another room with hot tub.
Very bad experience, not recommended at all.

Disaster, shame.

It was a mess. Employees have no eye for anything, at 7 in the morning walking past your door past yelling. You could hear everything even when someone passed the sidewalk, when the employees entered the warehouse at 3 in the morning. We went a whole day without hot water and after a thousand complaints, we were left the same without even offering a change of room. We were in a 170 euro room with jacuzzi when neither the jacuzzi could be used because the water did not come out hot and there was no one to get in there. When we left we were told to call Monday to speak to Administration and chance that the 7 times I called the administrator had come out just as he said my name.
They're unpresentable.

Dire

A deplorable place, one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I'm not very picky, but I'm never coming back here. Dirty, poorly located, poor care and more like a brothel than a hostel. Very expensive for what they offer, although in this case it will always be expensive
