The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. 🏡 House Rules - Parties and events are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. - Please respect the building's quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please use the furniture, appliances, and other apartment amenities with care. Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you are not in the apartment. Please dispose of trash in the designated collection points in the building. For safety reasons, minors may not be left unsupervised on the balcony, in common areas, or on the beach. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from non-compliance with this rule. 🕒 Check-in and Hours Check-in is from 3 PM. Check-out must be completed before 12 PM. 🚨 Wristbands for Access to Common Areas As per the Morros 3 Building administration's policy, all guests must pay COP $16,000 per person to receive a wristband for access to the common areas (pools, gym, jacuzzi, etc.). ‼️ Important: This fee is not included in the reservation and is payable directly at reception via card reader upon check-in. Wearing the wristband is mandatory throughout your stay. 🚫 Building Rules and Security 1. According to the Morros 3 Building's Horizontal Property Regulations and Community Manual, temporary guests are not permitted to receive visitors, either in the apartments or in the common areas. 2. Apartments have a maximum occupancy limit based on the number of bedrooms. It is not possible to accommodate more people than stipulated in the listing, even with additional payment. This rule is mandatory and non-negotiable according to the Morros 3 Building Horizontal Property Regulations. 3. By checking in at the building's reception, guests agree to comply with its internal regulations. 4. All guests must present original documents upon check-in at reception: ✔️ Colombian ID card (physical or digital), RC, TI, or NUIP. ✔️ Passport with stamps (foreigners) ✔️ MERCOSUR citizens: must bring their travel receipt ✔️ Venezuelan citizens: only PPT or passport is accepted ❌ Copies, PDFs, driver's licenses, or other documents are not accepted. ❌ Check-in is not possible without the required documentation. 5. Minors: If any minor is traveling without their parents, a notarized and authenticated permit is required, along with: - A copy of the minor's identity document (RC, TI, NUIP) - A photocopy of both parents' identity cards - Express authorization from the parents or guardians allowing the minor to enter as a guest This requirement is strictly enforced, as established in Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the minor being denied entry under any circumstances. Check-in cannot be completed without this documentation. 🔐 Personal belongings We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend carefully storing any valuables. 🐶 Pet policy Pets are accepted under certain conditions. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following rules must be followed: Additional Costs: - An additional cleaning fee is charged for each pet, as deep cleaning with additional staff is required. 🚫If a pet is brought in without our prior knowledge or authorization, a fine of COP 200,000 will be applied for non-compliance with this rule. Pet Rules: 1. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. 2. Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the apartment or in common areas. 3. Towels, sheets, dishes, or other items from the apartment should not be used for pets. Guests must bring: - Bed - Towel - Food and water bowls - Any other necessary accessories 4. Any damage caused by the pet will be considered an additional charge. 5. Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the building.
