Good and clean place to stay. About 14 mins from the metro station by walk. Nothing much to do around but safe.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - MOST DISGUSTING PLACE EVER, RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF

It is the most disgusting place I've ever been to. The rooms are situated inside a GYM. You need to navigate your way to the rooms as if it's a hidden puzzle. Furthermore, the rooms were disgusting, smells of urines, bathroom stinks badly. Toilets had traces of urines on the seats. The staff are all liars and extremely rude. Upon arriving at the hostel I was so dissapointed that I told the receptionist guy I am leaving straight away. I asked him to come upstairs to verify the state of the room and he declined as he is very well aware of the situations. He straight away offered me another room or a full refund for leaving right away. I told him I would like a full refund and I left. 4 days later no refund received. I called the hostel and I was put through the gym. I sent them an email via booking.com stating if my refund is not provided I shall take further actions. Within the same minute I received a call from them where an extremely rude woman was on the line. She was so disrespectful and rude and refused to accept that the room was disgusting and asked for evidence. Evidence were sent to them the very same minute after the call and until today 20 May 2024 no reply whatsover from them. I've already raised a dispute with my bank where I've been fully refunded back and I'm glad I was refunded otherwise I would definitely take things further to get it sorted. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EXTREMELY RUDE ARROGANT STAFF. DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING PLACE TO BE. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND BEWARE OF THE REPLY THE OWNER IS GIVING TO EVERYONE LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW. PLEASE SEE EVIDENE BELOW HOW DISGUSTING THEY ARE!!!!!!!

A misrepresented service where they took my money, provided nothing, and refused a refund.

Be warned: Auberge des 3 Fontaines can take your money and leave you with nothing. They advise that if you arrive after 10:00 p.m., you must ring the bell to the right of the entrance doors. I arrived at 1.00am, after a 12-hour journey from the UK, to find a locked gate, no functioning bell, and no-one answering the phone. They sold me on a promise of late access which wasn't there, but have refused to refund. Bare-faced robbery.

Excellent, clean, bright, quiet, functional no frills room, lovely staff. Near to beautiful forest for excellent hikes. Nice neighbourhood.
