Fantastic highly recommend

Absolutely lovely bed and breakfast.
Fantastic accommodation everything thought of .
Lovely comfy bed and great bathroom.
Good parking and so quiet we loved it thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

We have just returned from our wonderful stay here. Excellent accommodation with everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. We stayed in the garden bungalow, it was spotlessly clean with a large supply of breakfast items. Lovely large shower room with fluffy towels and the shower was hot and powerful. Christine and Andy were the perfect hosts always welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
We will definitely be returning can't wait to stay again

Terrible bed, worse host. Culminating in owners dog releasing the hound!

Worst stay in my travelling life . Check-in procedure onerous, From needing an exact check in time, to waiting on the driveway as though we were unexpected (the owners shirt was inside ). Within an hour we noticed the very old mattress and the window dressings were transparent white, creating a very bright environment in an English summer. I called the owner to discuss the uncomfortable mattress, which immediately escalated her demeanour to denial of any problems. Projecting the blame to myself and pointing to a 9.5 rating instead of addressing the issue. I asked if we could try another room with newer/better beds. We were told no chance. Upon informing Christine we wouldn’t be staying, we grabbed our bags to find other lodging at around 9pm. On opening the door a large German Shepard began aggressively barking at my wife. Whilst putting my suitcases between the dog and ourselves the son appeared an laughed. I asked him to get control of his dog. He then spent his time explaining he would bring the dog out deliberately instead of grabbing the dog. I took the choice to wheel the cases between us and get to the car. Finally the son attempted to restrain the unleashed dog. After leaving the property rang Christine, as even if she denied the comfort of the bed and the need for block out curtains , she could not deny the reactive, unrestrained dog. Alas she could, it was my hate of dogs that caused the incident( even though the yard is exclusive use for guests?) she then said it was a rescue and nervous around some people, in particular my wife and I. It was genuinely unsafe, rescue dog or not, it was scared and territorial. Disgusting for an owner to use a rescue dog in this fashion. She managed to spit out “it didn’t attack you” only aggressive barking. I said your denial is beyond a joke, after she stated she doesn’t have block out curtains and sleeps on the same quality mattress. I told her it must be a miserable existence and left the very beautiful area to head to the airport hotel.

What a fabulous place. We loved our stay so much that we have booked again. We stayed in The Loft, beautifully furnished and everything you need. The hosts Christine and Andy are very helpful and friendly. Look forward to our visit in 2024.

A delightful experience, give it a try.

We were allocated the loft, beautifully kitted out, stylish, modern withh everything you could need for a self catering break in the countryside. Continental stayle breakfast. Spa bath for relaxation with shower over. A flight of stairs to negotiate but not a problem even for me still wearing a surgical boot. Warmly welcomed bu owner Christine, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
