Good accommodation in quiet location and a short walk into town

Our room was well fitted out and spotlessly clean with lots of space. You can park directly outside of your room and Annie is very helpful. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge and microwave. It’s about a 10 - 15 walk to the restaurants and the town centre, 20 minutes to the checkin place for the glow worm trip, however there is lots of parking in town. The location is very quiet and we also left our bags with Annie whilst away on our overnight Doubtful Sound cruise.
High recommend.

The accommodation is clean, perfectly equipped and comfortably furnished.
The terrace is nice with mountain views the location good, you can walk
In the town and there are many restaurants. Good base to Milford Sound. Annie is super nice and gives good tips.

Wonderful place

We stayed at Annie’s for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean and tastefully decorated with no clutter. It is on the main road but set way back from the street so minimal noise from the road. The walk into town is quick, 10-15 minutes. Beds and linens are cozy and comfortable. The only thing I would note is there is no cooktop in the kitchen, just a microwave. This was probably an oversight of mine when booking. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Bad experience

Didn't live up to the expectations. We got a disabled room, no bath. Annie stated that we had to address it when we booked it that we don't want to stay in a disabled room, but we didn't know there was one! Poorly decorated, lacked a bit of attention from Annie. No complimentary milk or something in the fridge. No fresh fruit at breakfast. Airco made a ticking sound, WiFi got disconnected in the evening. When we adressed these topics to Annie she really didn't seem to appreciate it and reacted a bit annoyed. Never go there again!

Clean, new, convenient Villa

Enjoyed our stay. The
Villas are 2 bedroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer and dryer. Clean and comformatble. Walking distance to town with lots of options there. Easy to get to, just off the main road. Quiet and safe! Check in was fast and easy, with a key drop box for leaving early AM.
