Night stay as a couple
5/5, the room was great and very comfortable plus was very clean which is made it a very nice experience. We had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning and the food was outstanding. Our server Adam was also brilliant, very chatty and has a brilliant way about him for such a young man, give him a raise honestly he made the experience soo much better. Will definitely be back when we return to Galway!

We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend in May 2025.
It was a mixed experience. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.
The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful but some of the dining arrangements were disappointing.
Each night, we were asked to eat in the bar as there was a foreign tour occupying the main dining room. The bar had 3 televisions blaring the whole time and it was impossible to enjoy a relaxed dinner. Main meals came with an abundance of potatoes, too much to enjoy.
In the main dining room, the breakfast was good with a plentiful choice of food. However, the carpet is heavily stained which gives a poor impression coupled with the staff who wearily clear the umpteen tables where food and plates have mounted up.

Very friendly staff but evening cafe/bar over priced
The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, We enjoyed using the Leisure Centre pool facilities. The room was very clean but somewhat compact for three people. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open on a Saturday night. We ended up eating in the Cafe bar which couldn’t hold the number of people wanting to eat and didn’t have the greatest atmosphere for an evening meal. The staff tried very hard but couldn’t keep up with clearing the tables and taking orders. Hugely overpriced for what we got and considering it was just a cafe bar. Would return to the hotel but would go out to eat. Limited toiletries on offer in the bathroom for the price paid.

Welcoming Service
Very nice hotel. We stayed here on our trip around Ireland Tour. Great rooms. Lounge staff took care of us with great service and welcoming conversation. Especially server Jahir. He made us feel like we were special guests. We wish him all the best in his new country.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Galway
The exterior is modest, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent quality sleep. Large bathroom with space for each object. Too bad about the peripheral location, which did not allow us to go out in the evening to the centre of Galway. Great breakfast and varied.
