The Time is my Go-To hotel in Manhattan. Friendly staff, amazing food and drinks. We love the room size and the location is perfect for our travel lifestyle. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Good Deal

Clean, cheap, great location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Solid stop-over. Ill recommend it for sure. :) the location is great as it is 2-5 mins walkimg distance from where the vietair airport shuttle bus dropped us off. Did i mention the friendly staff?

Poor

Staff could hardly speak any English. First impression was great with a nice foyer and upfront view. Although our hotel was in a very poor condition with weak water pressure and no toilet seat. Our room door was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. We had a room for five people with four beds and two pillows and two towels.

Bad service

Have a smell in wc room. Not friendly
Staff didn't polite and welcome. It was moderately clean but there was a used soap in the shower when we arrived. There was no safe in the room. The staff go into my room not permission for take an iron was we've borrowed the hotel. They don't have rule!

Disgusting Hotel - DO NOT STAY

We were transferred to The Time Hote as the hotel we had booked (Serenity Hotel 2) was overbooked. It was utterly disgusting. We were given a room on the fifth floor that seemed like it had been uninhabited for years.
The room was completely mouldy and stank of mould and there was a large hole in the roof. It was also extremely dirty and dusty. The bathroom was filthy. The air conditioning unit was spraying out damp air. There was only a sheet on the beds, which had dozens of cigarette burns in it. We were lucky that we were only there for 5 hours, I imagine you could get very sick from staying in a room like that for any longer. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
