Maison de campagne au coeur de la Toscane
Très bel endroit convivial au coeur de la Toscane! Entourée d’oliviers, les collines toscanes sont un endroit très beau et tranquille pour séjourner en famille ou seul La musique des cigales est partout. La famille est sympathique, bon service, petit déjeuner savoureux! Vous pouvez vous détendre ici sans aucun doute! Une seule raison pour laquelle j'ai donné 4 étoiles - ma chambre était sans climatisation: ni ordinaire, ni ventilateur. Donc, si la température nocturne est supérieure à 20 ° C, il est très difficile de dormir. Dans notre cas, il faisait 23 ° C en juillet, seule l’eau de piscine fraîche le matin nous a donc aidés après une nuit très chaude dans la chambre! Mais à la fin j'ai adoré cet endroit!

THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!
Let me start by saying that it is not my habit to leave negative reviews... in more than 15 years of restaurants and hotels I have never left one, simply if I don't like a place I won't go back. But here they are pulling me by the hair, lies - rudeness... intolerable. Let's go in order: I have a Groupon voucher regularly paid for and booked online for Saturday 9th September at 12.30pm; Once we arrive at the facility we find everything deserted and closed, we ask a lady for information who tells us that unfortunately they are all sick and that they cannot open (they would have also sent us a message to warn us). Now apart from the fact that not even the shadow of messages but, it can happen if they are all sick there is little that can be done (apart from the hassle of having traveled 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back) patience, helped by a sir, let's maneuver and go back to where we came from. Monday 11th I call to find out when we can make another appointment... the lady on the phone tells me: look, I told your wife on Saturday that we no longer work with Groupon... no ma'am, you told my wife that you were sick, no I have said we don't work there anymore! Look, my wife isn't so stupid yet that she's booing...why is she telling me this lie? obviously the tone rises and I put it down. Within 5 seconds they call me back and on the phone there is a gentleman who qualifies as the manager of the structure: what is the problem? very simple we came and you were sick, today you tell me that you no longer work with groupon... He interrupts me: mind you, if you had read the general conditions carefully, in which I am very knowledgeable!, you would know that we have every right to cancel a reservation even just a minute earlier! (I've also read this in other reviews... it means they have a bad habit!!!) No dear gentlemen, let me understand. Were you sick or weren't you sick? Do you still work with groupon or no longer work there? Why are you bringing up this little story about the general conditions? I say . very well you are free to cancel at the last second and I am free to leave negative reviews... you reply to me by shouting. I don't give a damn about your review! Well done, standing ovation... Now I repeat, I can tolerate anything but lies and rudeness, no! A piece of advice: next time, come to an agreement among yourselves on which story to tell, it doesn't take much... there are only two of you! you will make less of a bad impression...and in any case I have learned one thing...before trusting certain deals you might as well go to Collodi to the Pinocchio park....

Giornata con amici
Ho trascorso una giornata in compagnia di coppie di amici in questa struttura fruendo della piscina e, dopo un aperitivo che ci hanno preparato nonostante il bar fosse chiuso, abbiamo pranzato nel ristorante circondati da una vista magnifica. Antipasto infinito e buonissimo, ravioli con salsa ai peperoni, tagliatelle al ragù (tutti e due i primi ottimi) e carne morbidissima con patate arrosto. Dopo pranzo abbiamo fruito della piscina per terminare la piacevole giornata. Personale cordiale e accomodante, visto il fatto che hanno improvvisato l"aperitivo in piscina a nostra richiesta nonostante non fossero preparati. Piscina confortevole a parte degli insetti (ma quelli fanno parte della natura). Per onestà va detto che l'ultimo tratto per raggiungere la struttura è sterrato.

Prenotato con TheFork riceviamo conferma ma all’arrivo ci “accogli” in signore estremamente scortese (probabilmente il proprietario) e ci dice che se siamo “Quelli di TheFork “ dobbiamo andarcene. Noo avendo ricevuto alcuna disdetta in qualsiasi forma, abbiamo provato a chiedere spiegazioni. Nessuna soluzione ci è stata prospettata e ribadito che dovevamo andarcene. Ciò che ci è stato detto era assolutamente non professionale. Tra l’altro non ci è stato permesso nemmeno di vedere il locale o , anche aspettando, non ci è stata offerta alcuna soluzione… Esperienza da dimenticare…. Surreale…

Persone poco serie , che non hanno nulla a che vedere con la ristorazione .
Il posto sarebbe anche bello , ma ci sono tanti altri posti migliori in zona con gente competente in questo campo !!
