Oriented on.. put 5 for commitment
It’s a structure I don’t think anyone has anything to say about. And during a season an unexpected can always happen but the evaluation of a structure is also based on the resolution of the problem and here 5 is tight! Inside there is a swimming pool with lifeguard present, entertainment for adults and children, a park with very well-kept greenery, various tennis courts / paddle ..
On the staff, both on the floors and in the dining rooms, at the bars, reception and spa absolutely nothing to say... THANK YOU ALL!! Especially to all those staff who are present but not visible!!!
On food you could fill a book to please each of us if possible... so... the quality in my opinion is great .. on portions nothing to say .. always in our opinion with a little effort, should be inserted fresh vegetables .. tomatoes carrots cucumbers salad... always cooked vegetables tire... like a fresh fruit salad for breakfast .. and / or a couple of times a week a grilled fish .. sword, sole, sea bream, sea bass .. but I repeat .. are personal observations!

To be improved
Very nice 70s/80s structure, kind and understandable reception. The room was spacious and comfortable enough. To improve food slightly and perhaps the innovation of the structure. Do it again!

Family weekend.
I was a guest of the property for four days in one of the suites. The value for money is good however I think there are improvements to be made about the Service that in a 4 star hotel I think are basic. The reservation was made for 2 adults and 1 child but the shower towel for my baby was never provided despite being made a special request so we had to use 2 towels for 3 people. In addition, we were charged for drinks not made from the mini bar despite having communicated that there was an incident about it. I recommend greater attention and courtesy towards the customer by the receptionists.
Regarding the food, both the Service and the food I think are great. Also excellent cleaning.

The staff was very welcoming and always disponibile.Abbiamo appreciated the outdoor spaces , the pool and the animation.La breakfast and menus are to be improved and the distance from the sea is not as I imagined, because you have to walk an outdoor road, while from the photos it seemed there was access through the pine forest

I stayed a week with a friend, everything is accessible and is simple and clean the hotel. simple rooms but equipped with everything. even what you can not always ask; the staff always very helpful and friendly, despite many requests. the gentleman who stays at the reception all night, is not very friendly does not say goodbye, and twice I had gone for something did not want to talk to him...:') good enough or very good food. coffee at the end of the meal in the restaurant, they do not offer it but I have to go to the bar and pay for it, this I did not like much, because I think it should be in the meal. very nice pool. sea with maximum 10 minutes walk arrivals, and locals all close to the hotel. water in my opinion during the stay could also offer it from the tap, but do not! otherwise it is very quiet for families, couples looking for relaxation or friends. you need the car to move and visit different things, have entertainment every night. But at the end of the week I was very happy
