Beau est un euphémisme
Quelle propriété fantastique. J'étais en train de séjourner à l'anniversaire de 1 an de leur ouverture, mais on avait l'impression que tout était encore si neuf. Propre, moderne, élégant. Ça touche toutes les marques ! Je sais où je resterai la prochaine fois que je serai en ville!

Deuxième séjour parfait - encore mieux que le premier
C'était mon deuxième séjour et était encore mieux que le premier! J'ai visité en février 2024 alors que l'hôtel n'était ouvert que depuis quelques mois et j'ai été tellement impressionné par tout. Un an plus tard, ils se sont surpassés.
L'hôtel lui-même et les chambres sont tout simplement magnifiques comme l'année dernière bien sûr. Ce qui m'a vraiment impressionné, c'est la nourriture et leur équipe. Tout ce que j'ai mangé était parfait, des salades au Ame aux assiettes à partager au Théa. Et leur dîner dans la chambre est rapide et très courtois.
Lyle et Chloé à la réception étaient tous les deux si accueillants, attentifs et rapides à m'aider avec des commandes de repas dans la chambre, une clé de chambre perdue, etc. Devin à Thea était mon serveur lors de ma dernière nuit et c'était un bijou. Il avait de grandes suggestions et était très charismatique.
Je ne peux pas avant mon prochain séjour!

5 étoiles dans tous les aspects, un excellent personnel + une grande expérience
Toujours une expérience 5 étoiles à l'Ambassadeur mondial. C'est l'un de mes hôtels préférés dans le pays. Les chambres et le design général est de premier ordre, mais le service place cet endroit au-dessus du top par rapport aux autres hôtels 5 étoiles dans le quartier. J'ai eu un problème avec une alarme se déclenchant dans ma chambre une nuit et l'équipe m'a rapidement déplacé dans une suite surclassée, a pris en charge les faux frais et m'a émis une carte cadeau pour mes futurs séjours. merci à Rigo, Ryan et Lyle qui sont tous intervenus pour s'assurer que tout était pris en charge, et puis certains. Il est facile d’être génial quand tout se déroule comme prévu, mais chapeau à l’équipe de l’AG pour avoir transformé un hoquet en une expérience positive. Top 1 % hôtel à mon avis, je recommande vivement et reviendrai.

Belle propriété. Pas aussi gentil personnel.
L'hôtel lui-même est très haut de gamme. Tout est magnifique. Le lobby, les chambres, tout est luxueux et beau. L'hôtel a plus un air de ville que de complexe hôtelier. Il n’y a pas de vastes terrains, mais tout est bien fait et c’est accueillant, charmant et élégant.
Mon problème était plus avec le personnel. J'ai demandé un verre ou du vin quand le bar était fermé. Je n'en savais rien. Quelqu'un était derrière le bar, . Il semblait ouvert. Ils auraient pu dire oui ou non, mais ils se sont plutôt engagés dans une conférence de colère sur la façon dont ils étaient fermés, mais ils m’ont pris un verre de vin, mais je ne pouvais le dire à personne. C'était juste bizarre et distrait d'une sensation haut de gamme. Au petit déjeuner, j'ai été bruyamment grondé pour me tenir au mauvais endroit pour passer ma commande. Il y avait zéro personne en vue, mais apparemment j'étais à environ cinq pieds à gauche de l'endroit où j'aurais dû être. Je ne comprenais pas ce que j’avais fait pour justifier le ton. Un jour, ma chambre m'a manqué. Personne n’était flagrant ou quoi que ce soit comme ça, il manquait juste cette ambiance « nous nous soucions de vous ».
J'essaierais sûrement ailleurs avant de revenir ici.

L'ambassadeur mondial Phoenix
Probablement l'un des plus beaux toits que j'ai jamais été et j'ai été à beaucoup à travers le monde. Le décor était superbe et il avait une vue fantastique de tous les coins. La sélection de boissons est bonne et les vibrations aussi, également un très bon service. Je recommande vivement.
