Better than expected

The hotel,, lobby is on the 4th floor..We stayed in a double bed room. Beds were VERY comfortable, big room, big bathroom, and there was DIRECT TV available (NICE). There was a small fridge in the room. The shower was big, it had HOT water and good pressure. The TV was good,,, but compared to the room a little small. The include breakfast, was good enough ( not buffet style). It was very clean.

Quality and service went down. Dirty Hotel

I initially stayed for 2 nights, the reception service was not very warm. They gave us room 504, at first it looked good, but upon entering the bathroom you could see dirt, floors and shower walls with mold and black, indicating that it had not been cleaned for a long time. The bed was a disaster, the mattress was sagging and it had a very old mattress cover, it sounded like plastic all the time.... Around the time of arrival we decided to stay. THE next day the breakfast was regular and in general, the hallways and tables of the restaurant were very dirty. They let the hotel deteriorate, due to lack of effective maintenance. At one time it was good, but now because of the price they charge per night I suggest looking for other hotels, cheaper and with better quality and warmth.
What a shame they have lost that good sense of customer service.

Best hotel in the city

Best hotel in the city. Great view Is incredible from the restaurant and secure unlike the other hotels in the city. Great food and staff. Everything is new and superbly clean. You have a whole superstore built under the hotel which is very convenient to buy anything, including food, drinks, or even a charger.

The best hotel in Ipiales

Beside the good location of this hotel, the most important thing is the great quality service. The hotel have a really confortable rooms and areas to stay and chill.
In Ipiales you don’t find a lot of restaurants... or well, with a good menu, but in this hotel the food is awesome.

Great place

A new hotel in Ipiales, located in the center of the city with a great view. The lobby is located on the fourth floor. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it wasn’t expensive, prices start from 30$ a night with breakfast. It also has a resturant with a great view.
