Negotiating with the manager, the attitude is that the backstage made a mistake, you love it or not, you can refund anyway. May I ask if we came all the way with our children just to get a refund and find another hotel? As a result, Ctrip went out to mediate and was willing to send a free one-time ticket. However, we booked for two nights and sent one, and we still had to pay the next day. As a result, the customer service of Ctrip said that they could refund the money from the platform, which means that Ctrip took the blame for the hotel. 2. How about the service attitude of the front desk of the hotel? It looks like you are owed money, and there is no service attitude at all. I want to ask, why do you do the front desk work? 3. You need to pay 20 yuan for breakfast. It is normal to pay for breakfast, but what kind of breakfast is this? The environment is very good, and the location is convenient for the tranquil hot springs. The address is not very easy to find, and the hot spring does not open until the next morning. There are rice noodles for breakfast, and the environment is very quiet~
