Hotel humanizado.
Excellent service! From the reception to the management, everyone very kind and helpful. There were many requested and human with us, all very good!

Chambre immense, bon emplacement mais hôtel réclamation pour une rénovation
J'ai séjourné pour affaires, mais je visite João Pessoa pour le tourisme avec un petit enfant.
Cet hôtel jouit d'un bon emplacement, pas en face de la plage mais à seulement 2 pâté de maisons de l'hôtel, ma chambre était immense salle de bains également, très propre mais l'hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation globale.
La piscine est agréable, c'est un bon endroit pour se détendre.
Le personnel était sympathique et serviable.
Le petit déjeuner est modeste, rien de spécial.
Pour un gros problème d'affaires, il y a une connexion wifi gratuite disponible mais définitivement cela ne marchait pas.
Si cela ne vous dérange pas de luxe de cet hôtel pourrait être une option pour un séjour à João Pessoa, étant donné la taille et la propreté qui voyagent pour le plaisir.
Pour un voyage d'affaires à suggérer d'envisager autre option.

I recommend
I stayed for 6 days at the hotel on a family trip. The hotel fits perfectly into this aspect, with spaces for all ages. The service is also very good, from the reception, room service, cleaning, kitchen etc. The location is excellent, close to everything, which made it much easier since we were without a car. From the hotel to the beach and center of crafts and food is 5 minutes walk. The hotel infrastructure is suitable for leisure, meals, reception. The room I found spacious, comfortable bed, good shower, only found with little lighting. There were two lustres tbm no bed (arandela) that stay in a bad position mto, because when we were going to move us the night, baptisms the pillow and the luster unleashed and fell on us. In our tbm room there were droplets on the outside of the window, over the marquis, that stayed pinging the night. In the room there is no place to stretch the clothes, in the bathroom there are no hooks to hang and in the room tbm not.. which makes it difficult to dry the clothes (since we already know that there will be wet beach clothes and pools). An important point to comment on the infrastructure is the elevator, which in addition to taking a long time to arrive, emits a lot of sound signals, which ends up too disturbing those who stay in the nearby rooms, which was my case. So I recommend to those who stay and can choose a room more distant, because in addition to the constant whistles, there is always noise of guests while waiting (regardless of the time). Breakfast is delicious, plenty of options, including a highlight for tapioca that is perfect, made on time. Only one day we went to have coffee a little later, but there was still 1 hour to finish the coffee time and the options were not repaired, even on that day had not even the dishes (cups, cutlery, etc.). But I believe something happened on time, because the other days was very good. The pools are very cool, with a water playground option for the children. We got tbm a late checkout free for 2 hours and then we left our luggage in the maler. Overall, it met our expectations. I recommend

The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball.
We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. Big enough to see someone close to the window in next room. On the phone they said they had blackout curtains, but the room had openings on the side of the windows not covered by the blackout curtains. So as soon as the sun rose, 5am, we were up. Then, water heater wasn't working.
Other than the bin, the chair and the phone, we also asked for extra blankets, as we had our daughter with us and her bed didn't have one. They said they would bring it, fix it, etc. Nothing was done.
The second day I threw a fit in the reception. They promised to move me to another room. It had the chair, headlights, no bin, bad internet still. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said they were going to bring it. They didn't.
Awful hotel. The only positive aspect is that beds are comfortable. I cannot even mention the location as a positive because there are other better hotels in the region.
