The bedding was still wet but by the time we realized it was too late and we just slept on top of the comforter

Check in was horrible! The hotel said they were booked and did not receive confirmation that the room was paid and are trying to charge me again!

Excellent!

I truly enjoyed our stay there, we are from Chicago so we are definitely not used to that Southern Hospitality. Sherri was outstanding, she was welcoming and she was very friendly. We stay at Holidays Inns at least 3 times a year and there's always an issue but we had a great experience here and will definitely recommend!
