An unexpectedly fun destination, if home and garden and food is your jam, then Waco is a definite road trip stop. We stopped on our way from Austin to Dallas and then again I the way back from Dallas to Austin. By far my favorite location in Waco. If you are unfortunate enough to be stuck living here, have no fear! It really isn't that bad! You can find plenty to occupy your time and everything is pretty cheap (living/lodge/food/activities)
