Great city to live in, lots of vietnamese restaurants and lots of thigns to do
Came to San Jose for a convention and was not expecting too much, but what a nice surprise! First of all, the weather was so much more pleasant than San Francisco. Warm, but with a nice cooling breeze in the middle of summer. I walked all around the beautiful San Jose State campus and tried out many of the nearby restaurants. There are lots of hotel choices near the Convention Center and the venue was very nice. I actually wished I had a few more days to spend in San Jose.

Blerg is about all I have to say about San Jose. The city has potential, and so much structural beauty, but it feels very run down. Sadly, the hottest spot in the city some nights is the outdoor mall, which feels like what would happen if Disney built a mall.
