Description
Set against the ever-bustling streets of the rest of the city, Alley West seems to have finally "settled." This fun, chic and eccentric street is packed with boutiques, eateries, and an old (now ... Read more

Do look for the lane. A treasure if places connecting the main rd thru to pub street. Bars eats ice cream ceramics and arts. Pretty and wellness walk for the trendy.

Sometimes when we visited the countty or the city, we want to know more and saw the real living, the best way is walking around the lane.

Little alley in the city center of Siem Reap full of small restaurants, bars and vendors. Perfect for a walk in the cooler evening hours in Siem Reap.

When the other touristy spots in entire Siem Reap are trying hard to use and decorate itself according to the city’s icon Angkor Wat, this lane stays attractive with its distinctive atmosphere and quaint look. One short and narrow lane close to Old Market which both sidewalks are filled with various business places from bar, art and craft stores, restaurants, and boutique. Even without buying anything, have a walk along this street would give a pleasing view for the eyes. One lovely street in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap is jam packed with tourist traps and haggling. One of the more pleasant respites that I found during my trip was The Lane. It's a quick stroll, but all the shops located on this little hideaway of a street have more of a local/unique vibe. Most of the stores and restaurants err on the trendy/hipster side of the spectrum. If you're looking for a break from bawdy Pub Street, this is a great little alley to check out. A few of my favorite shopping spots on this street are Blush Boutique, Poetry, Three Seasons, Wanderlust and Wild Poppy.
