US) and a sterling silver filet steak. The sterling silver steak was fantastic, but the rest was very average. The lobster was leather tough and drenched in garlic (without noting it on the menu). The Prime filet was served in tiny scrap-like pieces. Tough and over cooked. The sterling silver was so good I convinced my wife to give it another try a few days later. Big mistake. My daughter ordered clam chowder that tasted like salty watery paste. I ordered the large USDA prime filet mignon, this time to be cut in circular medallions. The plate they brought out looked like scraps they had saved after trimming some other steaks. There were NO circular medallions. I told them that serving me scraps when I was ordering the most expensive flagship item on the menu was unacceptable. I told the head waiter to bring out the large filet so I could see it and have them cut it into medallions at the table (and figure out where the scrap-like pieces were coming from) , since this was the second "scrap" plate I had received at the restaurant. He said no problem, coming right out. 40 minutes later, after being reassured 3 times it would be out in just a minute, they had the nerve or ignorance or both to bring out a plate of cooked scraps. I was amazed. The service was so slow and we have been there for over an hour an a half, and still no main course and my daughter was falling asleep, I told them I no longer trusted their ability to tell the truth (I'll bring it right out to table side and show you how we slice it) or cook a steak to specifications. My top shelf margarita was bitter and could not be finished and both tap beers (corona and modelo negro) we served just a bit cooler than warm. This is the first review I have ever left about a restaurant and I am doing so because of the bad experience so others can avoid it. I did leave a tip because it was not entirely the waiters fault and the team refilling our water and drinks was very good. We left extremely disappointed and no one could pay me to eat there again.

They don't have all the steaks they should, usually mostly offering the medium to lower grade beef. But very tasty. Can't swipe sides for a salad and stuff like that. =(

One of our favorite restaurants in PVR. The menu offers steak cut in either the North American or the South American style. Excellent wine list.
